Your workplace

As RJC-employee, you will work in Hangar 73 at Schiphol-East. A modern hangar, which has recently been completely renovated and modernized. Everything is designed to work efficiently and safely. The aircraft are worked on on the first floor and the offices are on the second floor. Are you going to work as a mechanic or ground engineer? Then you will also work at Schiphol Center, where RJC performs maintenance on the line. As a ground engineer you will sometimes be sent abroad. Very varied!

New materials and training budget

The Regional Jet Center makes sure you have everything you need to do your job well. From new work clothes and work shoes, to well-maintained tools and materials. Moreover, RJC is at the forefront of the industry when it comes to innovation. Therefore, you can rest assured that you will be working with the latest of the latest; from iPads to digital e-signing and drones for inspections. RJC also invests in your personal growth.
